We currently only deliver across the UK. All our puzzles are made to order and take approximately 3 working days to manufacture, followed by Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour delivery. Most customers receive their order within 5 working days.

Nobody likes missing pieces — especially us! We know how frustrating it can be to get near the end of your puzzle only to find one’s gone walkabout. Every puzzle is made to order and carefully checked, but on the rare occasion a piece goes missing during production, we’ll make it right. Just drop us an email at support@localpuzzle.co.uk and we’ll get things sorted quickly. We’re a small, friendly team who genuinely care — your puzzle joy is our priority!

Please take care when opening the puzzle bag!

Each puzzle comes in a sealed plastic polybag to keep the pieces safe, but they’re small and can easily slip away if opened too quickly. We recommend opening the bag slowly over a flat surface and checking the area before and after to avoid any accidental losses.

Each of our puzzles is 1000 pieces and measures 66 x 50 cm when complete — a perfect size for relaxing, gifting, or even framing.

***Keep away from young children and pets***

We don’t include a separate printed image — they’re often low quality, flimsy and get easily creased, or are too small to be useful. Instead, we use the box itself to display a large, high-quality reference image. It’s sturdy, clear, and won’t flap about while you’re puzzling — much more practical!

Yes! We’re committed to sustainability. Our puzzles are printed using vegan-friendly inks on fully recyclable materials and come in slimline, letterbox-friendly packaging to reduce waste and missed deliveries.

We don’t currently offer personal photo puzzles or custom uploads.
